Nevada Medicaid and Nevada Check Up

We accept eligible Nevada Medicaid and Nevada Check Up patients for covered pediatric dental services and qualifying orthodontic care for patients under age 21.

Some services, especially orthodontic treatment, may require eligibility review, documentation, medical-necessity review, or prior authorization before treatment can begin.

No insurance? You still have options.

Families without dental insurance are welcome at Avocabo. We offer self-pay options and an in-house membership plan for patients without traditional dental coverage.

The Avocabo Membership Plan is $48 per month and includes:

  • Two cleanings per year
  • Complimentary diagnostic procedures included under the plan
  • Discounted eligible pediatric dental treatment
  • 15% member savings on orthodontic treatment

The membership plan is not dental insurance. Benefits, limitations, and eligibility are determined by the membership agreement.

Orthodontic payment options

Avocabo offers 0% interest in-house orthodontic payment plans. Down payments vary by treatment type and financial arrangement, and the remaining patient portion can generally be spread across the course of treatment.

See our Orthodontic Cost & Payment Options page for a full breakdown of expected fees, down payments, and financing.

Pediatric and other non-orthodontic payment options

For pediatric and other eligible non-orthodontic services, payment is generally due at the time of treatment. Cherry financing may be available for eligible patients when larger or unexpected treatment costs require another financing option.

What if Avocabo is out of network with my plan?

You may still be able to receive care at Avocabo. Some PPO plans include out-of-network benefits, and when permitted by your plan we can attempt to submit claims on your behalf.

Your insurance company makes the final decision about coverage and payment. Any benefit estimate we provide is an estimate, not a guarantee of carrier payment.
