PPO insurance, Nevada Medicaid, and flexible ways to pay
Avocabo Dental & Orthodontics accepts eligible Nevada Medicaid and Nevada Check Up patients and works with many PPO dental plans. We also offer self-pay options, an in-house membership plan, and flexible orthodontic payment options.
Have Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Humana, Delta Dental, or another PPO dental plan? Avocabo works with several major PPO networks, and participation can vary by carrier, provider, and your specific plan.

Some services, especially orthodontic treatment, may require eligibility review, documentation, medical-necessity review, or prior authorization before treatment can begin.
Learn About Nevada Medicaid Coverage$150 per patient for one year. Includes two routine exams and two routine cleanings per year, emergency exams, all clinically indicated dental imaging, and member savings on eligible treatment. Treatment is billed separately. Orthodontic savings apply to the base treatment fee. Upgrades, such as clear aligners, and separately billed retainers are not discounted. This membership is not dental insurance. Ask our team about benefits and exclusions before enrolling.
Orthodontic consultations are complimentary. Treatment payment plans are arranged directly with Avocabo at 0% interest. We explain your treatment fee, down payment and remaining installments before treatment begins.

You may still be able to receive care at Avocabo. Some PPO plans include out-of-network benefits, and when permitted by your plan we can attempt to submit claims on your behalf.
