Orthodontics

Close-up of a child smiling with metal braces

Orthodontics corrects misaligned teeth and bite issues like crowding, spacing, overbites, underbites, and crossbites. Treatment also guides your upper and lower jaws to fit together the way they should, so your bite feels natural and comfortable.

When your teeth are properly aligned, they're easier to keep clean, they function better, and you're less likely to run into dental problems down the road. And of course, a straighter smile is a more confident one.

At Avocabo Dental & Orthodontics, orthodontic care is led by Dr. Camy Kwok, a board-certified orthodontist. Our goal is to help patients of all ages receive orthodontic treatment tailored to their individual needs.

When Should My Child First See an Orthodontist?

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends children have their first orthodontic evaluation by age 7. If a problem exists or is developing, we can advise on the best course of action, including early intervention if needed.
